This Vranac from southern Serbia, dark pink in colour, exudes berry fruit and a strong and very alcoholic taste that becomes more and more pleasant as time goes on from the moment of opening. A strong red wine with subtle aromas, but a full and juicy body with notes of dark fruit, blackberries and sweet currants spice and smoke.

About Aleksić

The Aleksić Winery was founded in Vranje, in 2006, paving the way for the revival of viticulture in southern Serbia. It was founded by three sisters, whose love for wine started at an early age, through family tradition. For them wine has always been more than a job. It is a vocation and a legacy that is passed down from generation to generation.

Vranje wine region extends in the Vranje valley around the South Morava River. The boundaries of Vranje wine region also include the area around Surdulica, which forms a separate (physically separate) oasis. This wine region comprises 3 sub-regions: Vrtogoš, Surdulica and Buštranje, with the largest being Vrtogoš.
