Our selection process includes visiting the vineyards, tasting and hand selecting the wines so we can guarantee the best quality and the best price.
All of our wines are fully vegan and come from organic vineyards where traditional methods are championed and sustainability is at the heart of the production. The majority of the work on the vineyards is carried out manually.
NIKO was founded by Nikola Salipur in June 2020. Niko had worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years as a professional sommelier which took him across the world to a number of fine dining restaurants, 5* hotels, wine bars and cruise ships. It was at this time that he developed a taste and nose for amazing wine.
After moving to the UK from Serbia in 2019, he noticed that there was a severe lack of representation from his home nation and the Balkan area and saught to rectify that.
